EAI Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working with EAI product (e.g. NetWeaver XI, WebSphere, SeeBeyond, etc) or has received EAI training.
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of overall business, programming or consulting experience

Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions):
Our seasoned EAI professionals are part of a diverse team which is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that combine business processes with technology to help our government clients achieve the highest levels of performance.
Our EAI Developers have advanced programming expertise in EGATE design, development and testing. EAI Consultants are involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, mapping, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. The consultant is responsible for technical component delivery and assumes responsibility for testing the application code from a technical perspective to verify that programs follow standards and meets technical specifications. The consultant will participate in work groups and work sessions with functional and technical consultants.
Critical Knowledge
Ideal candidates will have minimum 9 years working in EAI environment as a consultant or part of a project implementation team. The consultant should have demonstrable skills of interfacing with customers and gathering requirements as necessary. The candidate needs to have depth and breathe in their core EAI expertise and experience in integration with ERP environment. The individual should be capable of leading a mid size team with 5 10 resources and able to deliver solutions with limited guidance from project managers. Good writing and documentation skills are required.
Critical Skills
The consultant should have demonstrable skills of interfacing with customers to determine business requirements.
Must have:
Core Experience or Training eGate EAI Programming:
eGate solution design and development experience
Java based application development experience
Familiar with SQL/Oracle environment
Familiar with configuration management software, preferably Serenas Dimensions
Familiar with UNIX environment
Moderate knowledge of standard communication protocols, such as RFC, FTP (SSH), MQ and TCP/IP socket connections
Exposure to SAP environment
SAP R/3 certification in Release 4.6C or later is a plus. |
