| Description: | Job Requirement:
The Site Solution Architect will become a member of the LMP Architecture Team. His/Her architectural responsibilities will be focused primarily in the industrial operations (manufacturing, re-manufacturing, and inventory control) business area and will address all domains of change. This person will also have responsibilities related both to the continuing development and deployment of LMP and to the sustainment of the already deployed aspects of LMP. Architectural experience in large, complex SAP-based integration programs.

Specific Responsibilities:
As a member of the architecture team, this persons general responsibilities include the following.
Architecture strategy, vision, and thought leadership across all domains of change
Specific to the Application Domain, providing architectural best practice and SAP application guidance to the Government staff at the assigned Government Industrial Site(s).
Managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor
Championing the solution and advising client organizations for process change management
Client and LMP team coaching
Solution integration across business, functional, and technical areas
Alignment of development and modifications with core principles of the solution
Gap resolution management
Addressing major program issues
Business development/sales support
Program process improvement
Continuous architecture/solution improvement
Resolving technical design issues
Critical Skills:
Principal or Partner, Senior ERP Product Specialist or ERP Product Expert with a 10-15 years of ERP-based supply chain management experience, primarily in the industrial operations business area
Comprehensive consulting skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
Experience in large scale SAP deployments with SAP applications knowledge
In-depth Knowledge of ERP Industry Best Practices, in particular as they relate to the industrial operations business area, this includes sales and operations planning, configuration management, engineering change management, master production scheduling, capacity requirements planning, MRP, finite production and capacity scheduling, shop floor execution, shop floor automation (including records and document management), inventory and warehouse management, and use of technologies such as AIT and RFID
Aerospace & Defense/Government experience desired, but not mandatory
Experience architecting SAP solutions in support of industrial operations business processes
Experience in SAP implementation lifecycle methodology and tools
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work with a diverse set of individuals
Able to run affective meetings/workshops, including ad hoc sessions.
Exceptional listening, communication, and teamwork skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment
A proactive self-starter
Proficient in the use of MS Office and MS Visio applications
Critical Knowledge:
