| Description: | Description: This position is within the Engineering Development group of Kratos (Digital Fusion). This position is an even mixture of system administration and computer simulation analysis. As system administrator, this position will be responsible for completing the initial setup and configuration followed by continual maintenance of a small local network, performing system upgrades and backups. Once the network is brought online, the position balance will become more weighted toward an analyst role. As an analyst, this position requires execution and consolidation of interactive missile flight simulation results, analysis of results and the development of user interfaces.
Education: BS/BA in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Experience: This position is open for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience. Candidates must be knowledgeable with Linux, Windows and OS X operating systems, and have C/C++ and script programming experience. Certification as a system administrator is a requirement and training will be completed upon acceptance of this position. Exposure to interactive flight simulations is a plus, although not required. Current DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required. |
