| Description: | Serve as a Air and Missile Defense Battle Lab (AMDBL) Concept Branch team member responsible for developing Air and Missile Defense concepts and plans to support the attainment of Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (JIAMD) and the Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense System of System (AIAMD SoS). Team member may develop weapon system concepts, concepts of operation, white papers, issue papers, trip reports and information papers as necessary. Team member may also serve as lead or supporting team member to various Army Integrated Capabilities Development Teams (ICDT) that will span across the six Army Warfigthing Functions: Command, See, Move, Strike, Protect and Sustain.
Required: Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience. Must have a current security clearance or the ability to attain one. Desired but not required: Knowledgeable in the Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS) and may perform analysis during Functional Area, Function Needs, and Functional Solution Analysis. Sufficient understanding of Army and Joint doctrine to support concept development and JCIDS analysis. Self starter, must be able to work independently and as part of small and / or large groups in both personal and virtual settings. Knowledge of Joint Operational Concepts, Joint Vision, Joint Operational Environment and the Army Concept Strategy.
